Bluetooth connection issues with the GP-PWM-30-UL
Reported issue is the customer receives the unit, installs it and initially connects to the device. However, after using it for a short period of time (week or so) they can no longer connect to the device. The following steps can be used to troubleshoot the problem for both iOS and Android devices.
These steps should be performed with a Go Power! Technical support person on the phone or on chat so any questions can be answered.
Is the Bluetooth symbol on the GP-PWM-30-UL turned on?
If the Bluetooth symbol is on this indicates that the GP-PWM-30-UL thinks it is connected to a device. Before beginning troubleshooting, try to make sure that the app has been force closed and Bluetooth is turned off on all devices that have been paired with the GP-PWM-30-UL.
If the Bluetooth symbol does not disappear on the GP-PWM-30-UL please contact Go Power! technical support as there may be a hardware issue with your GP-PWM-30-UL.
To "Force Close" an app varies with each operating system and device. Click here for Android, and click here for iOS.
