INTRODUCTION

Problem Description:

Auxiliary port does not function on GP-ISW-R.  Customers are attempting to turn inverter off by applying 12 VDC to the remote.  Feature is not working

Resolution: 

Regarding to the Aux. Port on the GPISW-R-12, we have found the resistor value is incorrect in location R30.

Current resistor value is 47K5

Correct resistor value should be 18K2

Replace resistor.

Comments:

Resistor needs to be replaced and customers unit replaced once testing is complete.  Future orders should not be affected.
